Wow! I remember when all of this was first posted on your other blog and the many interesting discussions that ensued in the comments. And now here you have a book coming out of it all. Congratulations! This is an important contribution to the ongoing discussion/debate/dialogue. I look forward to getting a copy.
Thanks, Bryan. I made an effort to incorporate much of the discussion fro the blog into the revised first nine chapters, and added three whole new chapters from scratch. The last chapter even revives the old dialogue format, though not with characters such as Senex and Simplicicus. I've also made an effort to provide some extended quotations from hard to get to sources, as a help in demystification.
